William Clifford Gomera has been working as a Lecturer, Researcher and Consultant at the College of Business Education (CBE) in Tanzania since 2006. His research interests encompass, Transformation of informal practitioners, Accounting, Finance, and Technology for Development. William attained his Advanced Diploma in Accountancy at the Institute of accountancy Arusha in Tanzania. He further graduated the Professional Examinations offered by National Board of Accountants and Auditors CPA (T) in 2006, thereafter pursued a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA - Finance) at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Later, William successfully completed his Ph.D. in Business Informatics from the University of Eastern Finland aimed at Enhance the Interaction between Microfinance Institution and Micro Business through Mobile Technology. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Academic Support Services (DASS) at the College of Business Education - Tanzania
