Training of Drug/Substance use Disorders

During the review period, the Directorate of Students' Services organized a comprehensive training programme on drug and substance use disorders for members of the Students' Health Club. The training, which spanned from the 1st to 3rd of June 2023, was meticulously designed to equip the 50 club members with the necessary knowledge and skills to serve as peer educators. Their primary role was to enlighten their fellow students about the detrimental effects of psychoactive substance use and the perils of addiction.

The training sessions were facilitated by Dr. Masunga Iseselo, a distinguished professional from the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS).
