The College has a limited number of rooms in its hostels. To secure accommodation at the College Hostels, students must complete registration then request for the same Online (through SARIS). After approval of the request in the system, Students are required to report to the Dean of Students Office to secure accommodation note. After that the student is given an invoice and she/he can pay the due though bank.
Due to limited number of rooms at the College Hostel, rooms are allocated to students on the first-come, first-served basis. However, together with the first-come first-serve basis approach, priority in room allocation is given to the following groups of students:

 Disabled students;
 International students;
 First year from up country;
 Sick students with long/known history; and
 Few students’ leaders

Since the need for accommodation is high, the College has entered into agreement with external accommodation providers (private owned hostels) within the neighborhood of the College. You are kindly asked to read the attached list of private owned hostels regarding location, charges and communication. However, students are advised to visit the hostels before confirmation of any booking. For any problem regarding accomodation, the Dean of Students’ Office will be there to solve.
