| Dr. Robert Galan Mashenene is a PhD holder from the Sokione University of Agriculture (SUA) specializing in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. Also Dr. Mashenene holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dar es Salaam with specialization in Marketing and Human Resources Management. Dr. Mashenene has long experience for over 15 years in senior management positions in both private and public sectors. Currently he works as the Senior Lecturer and the Campus Director at the College of Education, Mwanza Campus. He also served for the past three years as the Manager – Planning, Finance and Administration at the College of Business Education, Dodoma Campus, Tanzania. Mashenene does several researches and he has widely published in areas including Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management, Marketing Management, Economics and Human Resources Management. Dr. Mashenene has attended several local and international conferences and he has widely carried out consultancies in areas including Customer Service and Handling of Customer Complaints, Preparation of Business Plans for the Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs) and Tanzania Forest Services Agency (TFS), Baseline surveys in several areas related areas and Entrepreneurship and Retirement Plan. | |||
