Of recent, most hospitals have been transforming from paper-based systems to electronic hospital management information system (HMIS) to improve their patient care services. This project aims to assess the relevance, effectiveness, outcome and impact of the HIMS intervention at Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT). Monitoring and evaluation of project results are important to assess whether the project has achieved intended results, and to obtain lessons learnt for other projects and future planning. Both monitoring and evaluation provide feedback that can be used to improve programming, policy and strategies of an organization.
The project is carried out from February to November 2019.
The project is funded by SPIDER, The Swedish Programme for ICT in Developing Regions located at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University
